TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     10thru14.com, all its contents, and downloadable materials are owned and managed by “Honor Bound Ministries,” a Private Ministerial Association (PMA). 

​

2.     Honor Bound Ministries (HBM) declares its objective is to allow Private Ministerial Association founders, hereinafter referred to as “Trustees,” being synonymous with the Directors identified within Honor Bound Ministries’ (HBM’s) Charter/Bylaws and all its members a platform in which to conduct all manner of faith based private business, ministry, education, and services or assistance with the Association and with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain, utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Constitutions and Charter of Rights listed here: The Magna Carta Libertatum of 1215, The Charter of the Forest of 1217, Articles of Confederation of 1781, Republic Constitution of 1787, Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), The Constitutions of the Republic States, and the Canadian Charter of Rights; to conduct business in private, remaining outside of the jurisdiction of regulation imposed upon legal fictions by government entities and Public Law. The Association shall serve as the private domain association to provide support to the HBM Directors for the administration and daily operations of Honor Bound Ministries (HBM).

 

3.    We believe that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the United States of America, the various constitutions of the several states of the union, the Charter of Rights of Canada, and the Holy Scriptures guarantee our members the rights of absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our creator, our almighty God and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes. 

 

4.     HBM hereby declares that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada. This means that our Association activities are restricted to the private domain only, and are outside the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives as provided by law.

5.     We declare the basic right of all our members to decide for themselves which Association members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including (but not limited to) physical, spiritual, and mental health care assistance, law, and any other matter; and to accept from those members any and all counsel and advice, whom we (as individual members) feel may properly advise and assist us.

 

6.     We expect the right of each and every member to choose and perform for themselves the types of therapies and treatments they think best for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness and disease, and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness, as well as the freedom to choose for themselves any types of assistance which may be given or received regarding law and any other private business activity.

 

7.     The mission of this Association is to promote human decency, healthy family units, freedom, and the sharing of knowledge that would promote the same. Further, the mission of this Association is also to provide its members with a forum to conduct business between members in the private domain with the protections guaranteed within the aforesaid Constitution and Charter remaining fully intact.

8.     The Association will recognize any person(s), natural or otherwise (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who has/have joined with (become an official member of) this Association and is in agreement with its principles and policies, providing said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by the association, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.

 

9.     Any interaction between members that is understood by the Association’s Trustees or Designee to be contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of the Association may result in termination of the actor’s membership.

10.     I (as a member) understand that, since The Association is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against The Association members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal for the benefit of The Association and its members.

11.     Upon agreement of these terms and conditions and the receipt of my lifetime membership dues ($20.00), I claim membership to Honor Bound Ministries, a Private Ministerial Association, under common law, joining with other members to achieve greater freedom, greater human decency for all, and stronger family ties.

          (A) Upon membership into The Association I am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member. My activities within The Association are a private contractual matter that I refuse to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of The Association unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil.

 

12.     I enter into this agreement of sound mind, my own free will, without any pressure or coercion, and have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take.

 

13.     I affirm that as a private member of Honor Bound Ministries I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation. 

 

14.     I have read and understand this document, I  understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time, and understand my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other member of The Association.

 

15.     I agree this membership contract began from the moment I decided to execute any manner of business with this Association (Honor Bound Ministries) and I declare that by joining this Association I have carefully read the whole of this document and I understand and agree with it.

 

16.     Honor Bound Ministries is held harmless with no liability regarding the usage or application of any documents or communications provided to its members - as a member, it is your responsibility to self-govern.

 

17.     Honor Bound Ministries does not offer refunds, as all sales are FINAL.

 

18.     These pages consist of the entire agreement for my membership in Honor Bound Ministries.
